We are a California electrical contracting LLC in formation, completing our C-10 contractor license and planning to open in 2027. We specialize in "orphaned" solar systems, meaning home solar whose original installer has gone out of business. These homeowners paid for systems meant to last 25 years, and now no one answers when production drops, inverters fail, or utility bills climb. Their warranties may still be valid, but manufacturers often require a licensed contractor to file claims, and many electricians won't touch solar they didn't install.

We step in as the new long-term caretaker, servicing every major brand regardless of who installed it. Our planned services include diagnostics and troubleshooting, inverter and optimizer replacement, warranty claim support, preventive maintenance, system health reports, and ongoing maintenance agreements, plus whole-home electrical work so one call covers everything.
